It is desirable to gain more insight into expected visitor behaviour. This project investigates shifts in visitor behaviour, influenced by a variety of external factors.

Besides the many studies on actual behaviour now, it is desirable to gain more insight into expected visitor behaviour, influenced by all kinds of external factors. Will this lead to shifts in user groups, different behaviour, different needs? This insight is vital for policymakers and providers in the sector.
