The tourism and hospitality sector, both regional and international, are the focus of your studies. Hostmanship and guest experience are important concepts here. You will learn how to make people, whether a guest or an employee, feel welcome (hostmanship). You are able to connect people, so that when you get to work, you are the link between the company, the employee and the guest. In addition, you know how to get several organisations together to promote a city or region, for example.

In different modules, you will gain knowledge on subjects such as marketing, human resource management, research, intercultural communication, strategic management and financial management. You will develop an entrepreneurial attitude and start working with other students on assignments for existing companies from day 1. Throughout your studies, you will also develop your research skills and learn to conduct research independently. You will conclude the programme in the second year with a graduation thesis.
