Through her work at HZ Knowledge Center for Coastal Tourism, Emma Lemmers wants to contribute to making the sector more sustainable through research and projects and thus make an impact.

She would like to work for an organization that is driven to optimize the sector, where everyone can enjoy tourism and recreation while taking into account the livability of residents and the support of nature.
She is creative, ambitious, committed, results-oriented and organized. Within the knowledge center, she is involved in several topic areas. During her master studies, she conducted research on degrowth.
