The FlavourFul Beverages project focuses on kombucha, a fermented drink made from tea. The kombucha being developed in the project contains the best local flavors from Zeeland.
Local herbs
We do this by using innovative, green extraction techniques to extract flavor components from local herbs and residual streams. This way, we ensure that everyone in Zeeland can enjoy a tasty drink that is also healthy and sustainable.
