HZ University of Applied Sciences has conducted research into the effect of Fit2Work's services and whether these services meet the needs of organisations and employees. This research was based on the Positive Health concept and the Vita-16 (Vita-16 (Strijk et al, 1 January 2015). It was conducted using quantitative and qualitative research methods.
