In order to have the pleasure of welcoming you as one of HZ’s International students, we want to draw your attention to the important timetable below. This information will guide you through the steps needed to complete your enrolment at HZ. You will receive an e-mail with a link to the HZ International Application system (ias.hz.nl) immediately after having submitted your application in Studielink.

Within two weeks: complete your application

Please complete your application by uploading in ias.hz.nl the following documents:

  • A copy of your valid passport or identity card

  • A copy of your secondary or further education diploma including transcript of records - if you have already graduated.(*)

(*) All above mentioned documents must be issued in Dutch, English, French, Spanish or German. If this is not the case, you must upload a translation in one of these languages.

For students who have not yet graduated a good translation suffices. However, after graduation an official (sworn) translation must be provided

We aim to inform you of our decision within 5 (working) days from receiving your complete application. We will inform you by sending you our (Conditional) Letter of Acceptance by regular mail as well as by e-mail.
