Mischa Beckers, lector from the Data Science research group, has been appointed as a board member of the Platform PRIO, the researchers' platform for practice-oriented ICT research, as of May 1st.

In the board, Mischa is responsible for the portfolio "Responsible Application of Data & AI." This theme focuses on how we can apply artificial intelligence and large amounts of data in a responsible manner in practice.

Platform PRIO aims to optimize collaboration between ICT research groups at universities of applied sciences and universities, between research and education, and between researchers, companies, and social institutions.
