Future Talk on diversity and inclusion with DOW Terneuzen

On Tuesday 19 November, the Future Talk took place in the auditorium of the HZ location at Het Groene Woud. This session, a collaboration between HZ SDG Events and Dow Terneuzen, focused on diversity and inclusion.

DOW Terneuzen on diversity and inclusion

Dow Terneuzen employs over 3550 people with more than 50 nationalities. Such a diverse organisation requires an accessible environment where everyone can be themselves. During a panel discussion, employees at DOW Terneuzen talked to each other about what diversity and inclusion means for their daily work. They shared different perspectives from origin, culture and gender.

Dialogue tables

The audience included students from the Engineering and Human Resource Management study programmes. They were given concrete tips on how to ensure diversity and inclusion in their field. After the panel discussion, they chatted further at dialogue tables on the topic of diversity and inclusion, while enjoying fresh pizza.
