Are you curious about the future of mobility at the Kenniswerf? Or would you like to see how students contribute to current social issues? Then come to the HZ tower in Vlissingen on Monday 23 June between 15.00 and 17.00. An information meeting on the Mobility Makers project will take place on the ground floor.
It will be organised by HZ University of Applied Sciences and the municipality of Vlissingen. The meeting starts with a presentation by Igor Quik, mobility coach of the municipality of Vlissingen. He will take visitors through the latest plans and concrete actions for sustainable and active mobility at the Kenniswerf, developed within Mobility Makers.
The first results of the HZ research into mobility behaviour in the region will also be presented. After this, students of the minor in Vital Society will take the floor. They will present their research into social themes, from active mobility at the Kenniswerf to sugar intake among young adults and energy poverty in vulnerable neighbourhoods.
The afternoon will end with networking drinks. The meeting on the ground floor of the HZ tower will last from 15:00 to 17:30. You can register for the meeting via this link.
