Students and researchers from HZ University of Applied Sciences studied how inhabitants of Zeeland experience the areas around the sea dykes and how they view the redevelopment of these areas.

It is an important topic in the Southwest Delta, as many redevelopment projects are planned here in the coming years. A nice article on 'Perception of the landscape around sea dykes in Zeeland' appeared on the Southwest Delta website. In it, researcher Vincent Bax of Building with Nature and lecturer Teun Terpstra of Resilient Deltas have their say. The article (in Dutch) can be read here.
