On Tuesday, January 28, a meeting will be held about nuclear energy. The meeting will focus on nuclear energy, nuclear power plants, plans for new plants, and their implications for Zeeland.

There will be three speakers: Heleen de Coninck, Professor of System Transitions and Climate Change and author of the IPCC Climate Report; Bernard ter Haar, a nuclear physicist who advised former Minister Rob Jetten; and Kees Thielen, an urban planner and researcher on the integration of nuclear power plants in Zeeland. The debate aims to share scientifically supported knowledge about the potential establishment of nuclear power plants.

Admission is free, and everyone is welcome.

'Nuclear Energy: Facts and Fiction' will take place at the HZ in Het Groene Woud, Middelburg. The event starts at 7:30 PM.
