The Southwest Delta Knowledge Community is organizing its seventh Knowledge Day on Thursday, November 27. This year’s theme is: 'The Digital Wave: Riding the Tide of Innovation in the Southwest Delta'.
The day will focus on the digital transformation of our delta. Experts will explore insights and applications in areas such as artificial intelligence, big data from remote sensing and drones, data and model integration, and innovative research and practical applications. The event is centered on knowledge sharing, inspiration, and networking among researchers, policymakers, managers, and other professionals contributing to a future-proof delta.
The program and location will be announced after the summer holidays.
The knowledge community includes HZ University of Applied Sciences, Rijkswaterstaat, the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality (LNV), the Zeeland Environmental Federation, Deltares, Wageningen Marine Research, Staatsbosbeheer, NIOZ, and Delta Platform.
