HZ University of Applied Sciences and the Municipality of Vlissingen signed a memorandum of understanding on Monday, 24 March.

They will work closely together to develop the Kenniswerf into an innovative campus. The collaboration builds on existing efforts and marks an important next step in realising the development vision for the Kenniswerf, which was established in June last year.

Innovative Businesses and Student Accommodation

The partnership represents a concrete step in the transformation of the Kenniswerf. HZ is working on future-proofing its real estate, while the municipality is redesigning public spaces and creating opportunities for innovative businesses and student accommodation.

Together, HZ and the municipality are building an inspiring, green, and future-proof campus where education, entrepreneurship, and innovation come together.
