Code of Conduct
HZ has signed the Code of Conduct with regard to international students in Dutch higher education. This code contains standards for Dutch higher education institutions when dealing with international students. One of the most important conditions is to provide timely, reliable and easily accessible information.
For complaints you can follow art. 9.2 of the HZ Course and Examination Regulations for students and the complaints procedure set by the national commission.
