Code of Conduct

HZ signed the Code of Conduct with respect to international students in Dutch higher education came into effect. This Code sets out standards for Dutch higher education institutions in their dealings with international students. One of the most important conditions is to provide timely, reliable and easily accessible information.

For complaints you can follow art. 9.2 of the HZ Course and Examination Regulations for students and the complaints procedure set by the national commission

HZ University of Applied Sciences has been awarded the new Erasmus Charter for Higher Education 2014-2020.
