As a performance artist and Professional Doctorate researcher, I am affiliated with the Art | Culture | Transition research group at HZ University of Applied Sciences, and with the Change Management research group at The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
I create interactive performances, workshops, video installations and temporary experiential spaces. My work often emerges from the encounter between people, a place and an issue. I explore what can happen when people, through mindfulness and experience, reconnect with themselves, one another and their surroundings.
In doing so, I seek out situations in which something can become visible or tangible that is less readily apparent in everyday life. This curiosity forms a common thread running through my artistic work and my collaborations with social and professional organisations.
