The doors of the Joint Research Centre Zeeland (JRCZ) were once again wide open to the public on Saturday 4 October.
During Science Day, around a thousand children and their parents were introduced to the research and education offered by HZ University of Applied Sciences and Scalda. They were able to keep a ship stable, take part in a raft race, learn a lot about the reuse of plastic at the “Circle of Plastic”, attend a kids' lecture on building dykes, put together a plate of sustainable food (and taste it) and enjoy the energetic show by Mad Science.Check out all the photos on our photo page.
