The third HZ Discovery Café will take place on Tuesday, April 22, at the HZ-tower in Vlissingen.

In the café, two researchers take the stage each time. In a friendly, informal setting, they talk about their passion for their work, explain a specific research project, or share their insights on current events. They also engage in discussions with the audience. The café is intended for anyone interested in research in and for the region.

This time, Iris Broerse-van de Velde is in the spotlight. She is the first professional doctorate at HZ University of Applied Sciences. During the third edition of the HZ Discovery Café on Tuesday, April 22, in the HZ Tower in Vlissingen, she will talk about her research at the intersection of tourism and health, as well as about what motivates her. We will also explain what makes the professional doctorate program so special. For more information and to register, click here.
