Are you an Erasmus+ student? Make sure that you have arranged following.

Has the Learning Agreement and if necessary also the part 'During the Mobility' (only if you have chosen new courses that had not yet been approved by the DEX) been signed by all parties: yourself, the HZ examination board and the partner institution?
Has the Statement of Host/Home Institution been signed by a representative of the foreign partner institution (the 'host institute')? You find this form under the information under Erasmus+ grant for studies.
Check if your study results have been correctly administered on the intranet of your host institution.

Are you a student who has studied outside Europe? Make sure that you have arranged following.

Has the Learning Agreement and if necessary also the part 'Changes during mobility' (only if you have chosen new courses that had not yet been approved by the DEX) been signed by all parties: yourself, the DEX board and the partner institution?
Check if your study results have been correctly administered on the intranet of your host institution.
At some partner institutions you have to ask for your transcript to be issued. Ask the International Office of your host institution whether this is necessary and if so where you can apply for it (in some cases you have to pay a small fee).
