How to get your credits?

  • A few weeks (sometimes months) after you return, the host institution will send a transcript with your grades to the HZ International Office (IO).
  • The IO will send you a copy to ask if the transcript contains all the correct results of your study abroad.
  • After receiving your confirmation + after you have completed and submitted your evaluation form, the International Office will send a copy to your study programme (to your study coach, minor coordinator or the academic office).
  • They will take care that the transcript is submitted to the DEX. If the results are confirmed by the DEX, you will see these in Osiris.
  • Should the IO receive an original grade list/transcript, that is of course for you. The International Office will send you an e-mail when you can come and pick it up (L1.07).

Transcript sent to you?

  • If the partner institution has sent the original transcript to you, please come and show it to the IO so that they can scan it
  • If you receive a digital copy of the transcript from the partner institution, ask them to send one to the HZ International Office as well.
  • If you have to download the transcript, send the link (and password if needed) to the IO so they can download the transcript themselves.

Why does it have to be this way? The staff of the HZ International Office is not allowed to accept a digital copy of the transcript that you send them via email. A transcript must be delivered to the HZ International Office directly from the partner institution.

The IO will forward your transcript to a staff member of your study programme after you have uploaded the evaluation form to Osiris.
