Studielink

Through Studielink you can arrange a lot of things regarding registration and deregistration yourself. To be able to log in on Studielink, you'll need your DigID login details.

Deregistration

If you have completed your degree or if you want to stop your studies, you need to deregister via Studielink. Deregistration is always possible as of the 1st of the following month. Any excess tuition fees paid will be refunded as soon as your deregistration has been processed. Don't forget to stop your study financing with DUO as of the date of deregistration and stop your OV card at an automatic vending machine. You can read more about this on the DUO website.

Re-enrollment

Every academic year, you must re-enrol via Studielink before 1 September and arrange and confirm the digital authorisation for tuition fees. To this end, you will receive an information e-mail from the Student Office mid-May.

Changing your study programme

If you want to switch programs during the academic year, you must obtain permission from the director of the domain to which your new program belongs. As soon as you have made the necessary arrangements, you can register with the Student Office.

What else do you use Studielink for?

It is important that you log in regularly to keep an eye on the messages in Studielink. You should also make sure that you keep details such as your address, bank details etc. up to date in Studielink.
