Student Office

Colleagues at the Student Office can help you with all kinds of practical matters concerning your enrolment. For example, you can go there for your student card, or if you need to have a form signed (e.g. for child benefit or public transport allowance). Also, if you need proof of paid tuition fees or a certified copy of your transcript/diploma or propedeuse, you can request these from the Student Office.

Statement of enrolment

If you have enrolled and paid your tuition fees, you can download a statement of enrolment in Osiris Student. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner, then select “My details” in the left-hand menu. Next, select “Course registration.” You can then download the “Registration Statement” in PDF format.

If you need a statement indicating an internship or minor, for example, you can request one from the Student Office. Send us an e-mail to csa@hz.nl or drop by office L108 (HZ location Vlissingen).

Student card

You received a student card from us at the start of your studies. If your card is broken or lost, you can request a new one at csa@hz.nl.
