HZ Sport
Stay fit alongside your work and studies with HZ Sport! HZ Sport makes your time at HZ even more enjoyable with the many sports opportunities. With the HZ Sport Pass you can participate unlimited in member activities such as swimming, volleyball and futsal. HZ Sport also organizes events such as indoor karting, gliding and various sports tournaments. Looking for a real challenge? Then join the annual ski trip or cycling trip.

Earn free study credits
Each year every student must earn 2.5 ECTS in HZ Personality credits. This means that besides your studies you can participate in activities or events within your areas of interest. HZ Sport might be interesting for you! There are two ways to earn credits:
Options
With HZ Sport you can earn 1.25 ECTS per year. At the end of the academic year you will receive a PDF with the number of credits you obtained. You then submit this to your SLC or via Learn.
You can earn your study credit in 3 ways:
- Participation in member activities with the HZ Sport Pass.
Complete 30 activities before June 20 to earn your HZ Personality credit. Read all information about earning credits with the sport pass here. - Participation in events
Each activity provides a different number of credits as stated with the activity. To obtain 1.25 ECTS you combine several activities until you reach this total. - Participation in a trip
By joining a trip you immediately earn 1.25 ECTS.
Opportunities
You can take part in HZ Sport activities, help organise/support or participate in HZ Sport activities (e.g. the HZ Ski Trip or week activities) or help promote HZ Sport (e.g. during the Open Day).
