Programme committee

Every study programme has a programme committee. This is a legally required body, half of which consists of students and half of which consists of lecturers.

The study programme committee functions as a critical discussion partner of the study programme management in order to keep the quality of education high.

The responsibilities of the programme committee include annually assessing the implementation of the Education and Examination Regulations (OER) and issuing advice on those parts of the OER to which the committee does not have the right to consent. In addition, the programme committee provides solicited and unsolicited advice to the study programme management and the student counsellor on all matters relating to education at the study programme.
