Your work – our demands
As the coordinator, you will coach the LCC team, which consists of eight language teachers (Dutch and English) of different nationalities and you will be the coordinator for the Cambridge Exam Centre. The LCC is part of the HZ business, hospitality and vitality domain but provides language and culture education for all HZ study programmes.

- A connector with a clear vision of (higher) education of modern and foreign languages and intercultural skills;
- An independent team player who wants to put his or her weight to innovative language education as part of the curricula of the HZ study programmes and to build out a further positioning of the LCC;
- An innovator who wants to build an intercultural community together with the team and the study programmes within HZ;
- A customer-oriented colleague who will further implement the cursory language education and further development of the Cambridge Exam Centre within HZ, among other things by strengthening the cooperation with British Council, incorporating and coordinating the Cambridge Exam Centre in consultation with external partners.
To achieve this, we think it is important that you are aware of and have experience with the latest developments in the field of foreign language education. In your role as coordinator, it is important that you can communicate effectively with people of different nationalities and with external parties.
