Your work as a study programme coordinator
Together with your teaching and research colleagues and together with the international professional field, you create a nice learning climate for the students in the study programme. You give your colleagues plenty of confidence and space to make use of their practical experience. You challenge them to continuously develop themselves. In addition to the individual development of your colleagues, team development is also central, and you guide your colleagues towards greater responsibility regarding results and self-organizing capacity. Combining this with educational development and implementation inspires you.
