Then please apply for the vacancy of Study programme Coordinator at HZ University of Applied Science sin Middelburg.
Your work as the TBK Study Programme Coordinator
The Industrial Engineering study programme has existed for four years now and the first batch of graduates is about to start their career with their TBK diploma. Now we want to work with you on the optimization of our educational programme. You will be promoting the cooperation between the full-time and the part-time study programmes. Groundbreaking ideas would be very welcome because our part-time students study on the basis of learning outcomes and we do not shy away from experimentation. We contribute to doing research in the HZ research groups and you will support and stimulate us in this development. Of course, you also actively contribute to the educational process, because you want to stay in close touch with our study programme.
Our motto is “working together works” and that is why you put people first and build a diverse and complementary team. You inspire, are a pioneer when you can, set boundaries and give direction when you have to.
You realize this as the study programme coordinator by:
- managing the curriculum innovation and creating an inspiring programme for the students.
- collaborating with numerous companies to initiate and execute practice-oriented research projects
- stimulating cooperation within HZ and realizing support in the educational processes
- focusing on your staff and students and motivating them to excel.
Our team of enthusiastic and committed colleagues take care of all aspects of the study programme. We are study career coaches, provide lectures, supervise projects and recruit students. We keep in close and frequent contact with our external network and we focus on great collaborations. Several colleagues are new to the team and are following a professionalization process, for example by obtaining a teaching qualification or completing a master’s degree. A number of colleagues conduct research in the Asset Management Research Group or work from the Supply Chain Innovation Research Group at our institute.
Our main language is English because our full-time students come from all over the world. In the part-time programme, Dutch is the main language.
