Resilient Deltas professor
Teun sees himself as "knowledge entrepreneur" with the idea that sound knowledge is fundamental to make strategic choices, and such knowledge will proof valuable only if it is shared and applied with others. The Resilient Deltas research group does applied research on climate adaptation driven by questions of (local) government and businesses. The research results in practical advice on ways to adapt to risks of floods, droughts/water scarcity and extreme weather such as heavy rainfall. As a multi-disciplinary group we build our work on a range of expertise spanning risk analysis, spatial planning, economics, governance and social science. Interested in cooperation? We are always open to discuss opportunities!
