Presentations research projects

On Monday 14th of January 2019, student teams present their projects they have been working on in de minor “Becoming Fit for the Future” in the past six months. Together with professorships, expertise centers and the professional field they have developed solutions for societal relevant challenges, including

  • Energy transition through industrial residual heat for a residential area and energy generation in a lock
  • Innovation in SMEs
  • Ecological-morphological development of nature compensation measures ('building with nature')
  • Water safety & spatial planning
  • Vital infrastructures
  • Emergency measures for dikes
  • Decision Support Systems for waste water treatment

Through posters, students explain their project and receive feedback from various lecturers and experts on their joint and personal achievements.
