Vitality

Developing your knowledge and skills is important to us. But real professionalisation requires more than that. Feeling good and getting enough energy from your work is necessary to stay focused. That's why employee vitality is incredibly important to us. We organise an annual vitality week, you can take part in yoga lessons throughout the year or, if you like sports, you can let off some steam in our own fitness centre. This is how we ensure a vital university of applied sciences.

Take part in HZ Sport activities, join boxing classes in our vitality centre, book a relaxing chair massage or opt for a sports massage. All possible for you as a colleague!

Increase your motivation, think more consciously about nutrition and move more with the help of a lifestyle coach and nutritionist.
