How can you register for an English programme?
Step 1: Fill in the
on-line application form. You will receive an automatically generated e-mail informing WHEN and HOW you can print the forms or we will ask you for additional information.
Step 2: Print the forms, sign them and add copies of the required documents.
Step 3: After receipt of these documents by HZ your application will be processed. You will receive automatically generated e-mails keeping you informed about your enrolment.
How can you register for a Dutch programme?Students who would like to apply for a course of study taught in Dutch should apply through the following website
Studielink (not applicable to students who apply for the Dutch PABO (Education) exchange programme).
Visa/immigration documentationApplicants from non-EU countries have to apply for a visa or other entry document for the duration of the course that they wish to take. For more detailed information on the required documents of entry, please visit the
Nuffic or the
IND.
Deadline for application
Because of the time needed for the visa procedure, it is essential that enrolment forms of Non-EU students have been received by 15 June.
Refund of the tuition fees in case of cancellation
The student may cancel a realised enrolment for a Bachelor programme until 1 September prior to the study year in question. In such a case the entire tuition fees will be reimbursed.
